L.O.T. 2540 is primarily a hunger relief ministry operating in Rockingham County.  We operate mobile food pantry distribution sites at many locations each month. We use food to create fellowship and enter relationships with our clients and community.  Within those relationships, we help one another move into healthier lifestyles; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  Beyond the food pantries, LOT offers hot lunches, community classes, bible studies, access to congregational nursing, referrals to other assistance agencies, and service opportunities.  We are inspired by Matthew 25:40 where Jesus tells us "...whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."  We are a community of the 'least of these', trying to be a blessing to the 'least of these'. We have all been in a position of helpless need.  Someone met us there and now is our moment to help a brother or sister. Join us as the Church in Action.
