Most of our mobile pantries are supported by a small coalition (3-5) of local churches and organizations invested in that specific area.  Each coalition member organization commits to providing volunteers and financial support for the particular location's food distribution in rotation with the other members.   In this way, we can foster additional connections within the community and have neighbors help neighbors.
