Sharon Chirichella

Sharon Chirichella, a native of Rockingham County, has been the Branch Manager at Hire Dynamics in Madison for 10 years. While with StaffMasters, Sharon has received numerous awards, including Manager of the Year. Sharon has also taken an active role in her community by sitting on the Western Rockingham Chamber of Commerce as a Board of Director from 2010 to 2015, and serving as the Chamber Chair in 2014. Sharon also serves with the Blue Ridge Human Resource Association as a Board member in Martinsville, VA. Sharon was also part of the inception of the Rockingham Early College High School Board. She also is active with supporting different ministries at her church such as teaching Sunday school and assisting in the start up of the Stone Soup Pantry ministries as the Assistant Director. This organization helps those in need of support for food in Rockingham County.

Rockingham County is the place Sharon calls home and is happy to give back to the community that has given to her for so many years.
