“The world is hugged by the faithful arms of volunteers.”
All of us are good at something – God made us that way! And He intended for us to share those abilities to make this world a better place. LOT has many ways that your skills, time and energy is needed. Volunteers are the backbone of our day-to-day operations!

“Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.”
Use your creative skills – Artisans help us tell the story of restoration by taking old pieces and repurposing them for a new life. If this is your gift, then sign up to be a consignor in one of our stores. The fee for consigning is 25% of your sales.
Volunteer as a Group – Our special events and salvage days make great missions projects for youth groups and mission teams. Corporate groups can give back to the community by participating in a day of work at LOT. Also, working together on a LOT 2540 project can be a great opportunity for building teamwork, unity and trust.
Rock the Lot
In April of 2014, we held our first Rock the Lot – a fundraiser extraordinaire! Those who attended had a great time listening to local musicians, bidding on items in the silent auction and eating delicious food. It was such a success that we have made it an annual event. Rock the Lot is held in April of each year. Details are posted as they become available. Volunteers are needed for this event!
